Apple Pie baked g-f

My gluten-free pie finished up! I actually put it in the toaster oven for another half hour, the apples seemed much too stiff (according to the recipes I found, they should resist just a bit but not be so gooshy and not be too hard, they were a bit hard). Also I took it out while the other pie was still cooking, since there's basically zero room in our oven for more than one thing. (the next image will show that hahah)

Given that this was the first time I'd ever made "from scratch" filling like this, it certainly looked and smelled good enough!
